Bill is an expert leader known for strengthening talent, performance, and culture in public and private global companies undergoing significant organizational change during high-growth and challenging business cycles. With over 25 years of progressive experience, Bill has consistently delivered results across an array of industries, geographies, brands, and sizes of organizations.

Most recently, Bill was Oracle Cerner’s Senior Vice President of Global Integrated Talent, where he designed and built the company’s first full-suite talent center of excellence. Before Oracle Cerner, he was the Vice President of Talent, Inclusion, and HR Strategy at SC Johnson, Global Director of Talent Management and Acquisition at General Motors, People Development Leader at Google, Director of Talent and Organizational Capability at Microsoft, and Head of Talent Planning at Visa in San Francisco, California.

Bill brings to Reunion his personable energy, agility, talent expertise, quantitative skills, advanced financial and business acumen, and his certification in executive coaching. As a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belongingness advocate, Bill is passionate about reimagining traditional human capital approaches to enable future work to include all talent who want to contribute to organizations.

Bill is also co-founder and Executive Director of The Reunion Pride Institute, a global non-profit organization focused on supporting the development of LGBTQIA2S+ people and community, launching in late 2023.

He holds a Ph.D. and Master’s Degree in Human and Organization Systems and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology.

Bill resides in Palm Springs, California, with his husband, Darin, and two dogs, Oliver, a Boston Terrier, and Audrey, a Greyhound. He enjoys traveling domestically in his RV and visiting other countries – he’s already been to 38! Bill is completing a book exploring the post-traumatic growth experiences of mid-life gay men.
